What exactly is the UNSCRIPT™ Method?
UNSCRIPT™ is my proprietary approach to personal and organizational transformation. It’s about “unscripting” the old patterns, beliefs, and ways of being that no longer serve you, so you can write a new story aligned with who you truly are.
How is UNSCRIPT™ different from traditional coaching or therapy?
Unlike surface-level fixes, UNSCRIPT™ goes deeper than advice or surface strategies to address the root patterns and “scripts” you’ve been living by. This is inner work that shifts how you relate to yourself and others, combining emotional clarity with practical tools for lasting change. The focus is on authentic transformation rather than temporary improvement.
How long does the UNSCRIPT™ process typically take?
Individual journeys vary, but most clients see significant shifts within 3-6 months. Some work with me for a year or more as they navigate major life transitions. It’s not about quick fixes – you work at your own pace towards true, sustainable transformation.
Can I apply this method on my own?
You’ll begin by experiencing it in sessions, but over time, it becomes how you live, choose, relate, and lead. Courses and tools are coming soon to help you go deeper independently.

Do you offer both counseling and coaching? What’s the difference?
Yes, I offer both. Counseling focuses on healing and processing emotions around past experiences and current challenges. Coaching is more forward-focused on creating the life and identity you want. Many clients benefit from both approaches.
Do you work with people internationally?
Yes, I work with clients globally across time zones and cultures through online sessions. Having lived in multiple countries myself, I understand the unique challenges of cross-cultural transitions and international living.
Do you guarantee results?
While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes (transformation requires your active participation), I guarantee my full commitment to your process. Most clients see meaningful shifts within the first few sessions when they engage actively in the work.

What does a typical session look like?

What happens in a free consultation?
We’ll discuss your current challenges, what you’re hoping to achieve, and whether we’re a good fit to work together. It’s a no-pressure conversation to see if the UNSCRIPT™ approach resonates with you.

The corporate method applies the same eight principles to organizational transformation. We work with leadership teams to identify limiting “scripts” in company culture and create new patterns that support authentic performance, connection, clarity, and trust from the inside out.
What size teams do you work with?
I work with teams of all sizes, from small leadership groups to larger organizational initiatives. The approach scales to meet the specific needs and challenges of your team.
Do you offer ongoing support or just workshops?
Both. I offer everything from single workshops to ongoing organizational development programs, depending on what your team needs for sustainable change.
Pricing & Investment
How much do individual coaching sessions cost?
Individual sessions start at €99. I also offer package options that provide better value for ongoing transformation work. We’ll discuss what works best for your situation and budget during your free consultation.
Do you offer sliding scales or payment plans?
Yes, I understand that investing in your transformation is significant. I offer flexible payment options for multi-session packages to make the work more accessible.
I have limited sliding scale spots available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please mention this during your consultation so we can discuss options.
What’s included in your coaching packages?
Packages typically include weekly sessions, email support between sessions, personalized resources and tools, and access to relevant workshops or community circles. Specific inclusions vary by package level.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged. Emergency situations are handled case-by-case.
This feels like a big investment. How do I know it’s worth it?
The cost of staying stuck – in relationships, careers, or patterns that don’t serve you – is usually much higher. If you are committed to doing the work, it can shift how you live, love, work, and lead. We will discuss expected outcomes during your consultation.

What are SparkOn Circles?
Circles are monthly guided conversations where we explore themes like boundaries, identity, emotional resilience. Participants listen, reflect, and share stories and thoughts. It’s a gentle way to stay connected to your growth with others on similar journeys.

I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, burnout, identity shifts, career changes, and many other challenges. If you’re feeling stuck or ready for change, we can likely work together.
