About me

I believe we are not meant to simply “fit in.”

Each of us has something unique – an inner strength, a spark – that is not meant to be hidden or muted by other people’s expectations. The real work is in finding the courage to live as we are meant to be, not as the world tells us to be.

We all reach those crossroads when the life we are living no longer matches our inner truth. Major life transitions like burnout, losing a job, changing your career path, becoming an empty nester or divorce make us question our identity and wonder about the direction and meaning of life.

I’m Rashmi. A counsellor, a coach, a guide, a thinker. I help people challenge their scripts and find their real selves.

I have worked with women rediscovering their voice after trauma, leaders in transition, parents navigating change, and people who’ve simply hit that quiet “now what?” in the middle of their life.

Most people spend their entire lives following these inherited patterns without realising it. If you’ve built a successful life that doesn’t fit anymore and surface changes haven’t worked, this is where we start.

My work is helping you see them, confront them, and dismantle them so you can rebuild from what’s real. I will help you quiet the noise, understand what’s going on underneath, and reconnect to your own inner strength, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and choice.

This isn’t therapy. It isn’t surface coaching. It’s the structural work of separating what you’ve been conditioned to want from what you actually want.

Background & Training

I hold a degree in Economics, an MBA and Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychology, with certifications in NLP, EFT, and EMDR.

My career includes 20+ years in working across multinational organisations and charities, and building SparkOn , a community for people to connect and learn from each other.

I’m also a writer and entrepreneur who works through the questions most people avoid: Which parts of your success were scripted by someone else? What would you build if you weren’t performing for an invisible audience? How do you know what you want when you’ve never been allowed to choose? Read my writing on Breaking Scripts.

This combination of corporate leadership, psychological training, entrepreneurship, and lived experience of major transitions means I can work effectively at both individual and organisational levels.

My Journey

I’ve rebuilt myself more than once.

Career Change. Reinvention. Divorce. Moving countries. Empty nest. Identity unraveling. I know what it’s like to wake up and not recognise the life around you or yourself anymore. When your life is changing, you are changing, it is messy and disorienting, but it is also often where your truest self starts to surface.

I spent years working in large multinational organisations, across multiple countries with people from multiple cultures. I built an entire career around being “the successful one,” “the capable one,” “the person who has it together.” None of it was mine.

My inner work made me realise I’d been following expectations I hadn’t even seen. Tearing that script apart was brutal and painful, but I did it piece by piece. And as I rebuilt my life, I realised that I was seeing this happen with so many people. Different stories. Different struggles. But the same pattern.

People weren’t stuck because they’d chosen wrong. They were stuck because they’d never gotten to choose at all.

I created the UNSCRIPT™ Method because surface changes don’t work when the problem is foundational. You can’t job-hop or fresh-start your way out of living according to someone else’s expectations. You have to dismantle it and rebuild from what’s actually yours.

I understand the world you’re living in because I operated at the highest levels of it. And I know what it takes to walk away and start over from scratch.

My Approach: The UNSCRIPT™ Method for Midlife Transitions

The UNSCRIPT™ Method is a structured framework for irreversible transformation.

This isn’t therapy where we process your feelings. It’s structured transformation work. You show up, do the work between sessions, and we move through the process until you’re living from the inside out.

The work is direct and uncomfortable. It creates lasting change because we’re addressing the foundation, not the symptoms. The framework is consistent, but how we move through it is shaped entirely by your patterns, your scripts, your life.

For individuals: We work 1:1 on midlife career transitions, identity shifts, and major life changes that require more than surface adjustment.

For organisations: I bring a people centred approach to leadership development, psychological safety, and workplace culture. The organisational work draws on the same foundation: helping people recognise inherited patterns (organisational culture, leadership scripts, performance expectations) and build more human systems.

Breaking Scripts

My writing explores the uncomfortable truths about personal transformation and the messy reality of change. I write about what it actually takes to transform your life without losing yourself in the process.
