Having changed careers, reinvented myself, built a company from ground up, I have a unique perspective and deep insight into people and processes. I have an MBA, am certified in Counselling and Psychology, have worked extensively with groups as well as individuals from varied backgrounds. This combination means I can work at both individual and organisational levels – understanding business performance metrics while addressing the psychological patterns that drive (or block) them.
