How 1:1 Mentoring Works

The Process:

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1-2)
We map your inherited scripts, identify core patterns, and establish what’s actually yours versus what was programmed. Deep diagnostic work to understand the architecture of your current life.

Phase 2: Dismantling (Weeks 3-8)
Active deconstruction of limiting patterns. This is where the hard work happens—confronting whose voice you’re hearing, permission to want what you want, breaking scripts before they run you.

Phase 3: Rebuilding (Weeks 9-12 for 3-month | Weeks 9-20 for 6-month)
Constructing new patterns from your actual values. Making decisions from the inside out. Rewiring how you show up in work, relationships, and life.

Phase 4: Integration (6-month only: Weeks 21-24)
Solidifying changes, embedding new patterns, preparing for sustained transformation without ongoing support.

Between Sessions:

Application Process

1:1 Career Mentoring is by application only. This ensures we’re the right fit and that you’re ready for this level of work.

Step 1: Submit Application
Complete the application form with information about your current situation, what you’re navigating, and why you’re seeking mentoring now.

Step 2: Conversation
We’ll have a 30-minute conversation to assess fit. I’ll ask about your patterns, your readiness, and what you’re actually trying to transform. You’ll get to ask questions and determine if this feels right.

Step 3: Decision
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a decision. If we move forward, you’ll choose your program length (3 or 6 months), complete payment or payment plan setup, and schedule your first session.

Not everyone is accepted. This work requires significant commitment from both sides. If I don’t think this is the right fit or timing, I’ll tell you directly and suggest alternatives.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Breakthrough Session is a single deep-dive for immediate clarity. The Intensive is 6 weeks of structured group work. 1:1 Mentoring is 3-6 months of private, individualised transformation work tailored entirely to your specific patterns and life circumstances.

Yes, if there’s availability. After 8-10 weeks of the 3-month program, we can assess whether extending makes sense. The rate remains the same.

Short breaks (1-2 weeks) are fine and sometimes necessary. Longer pauses disrupt momentum. If you need to pause for more than 2 weeks, we’ll discuss whether continuing makes sense or if we should end and you can reapply later.

After the first two sessions, no refunds. The first two sessions establish whether this is the right fit. If after session 2 you realise this isn’t working, we can discuss options. After that, you’re committed for the full term.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom. This allows for flexibility, ensures you have recordings, and doesn’t limit mentoring to geographic proximity.

Most clients don’t need ongoing support after completing the program—they have the frameworks to continue the work independently. Some choose occasional check-in sessions (available at alumni rates). A few extend for additional months if complex work remains.

This isn’t about “results” like a business program. It’s transformation. You’ll start seeing patterns more clearly within 2-3 weeks. Real shifts in how you make decisions and show up happen around weeks 6-8. Deep, irreversible change solidifies over months, not weeks.
