I spent years in corporate leadership across multinational organisations, building a career around being “the successful one,” “the capable one,” “the person who has it together.”
When my marriage ended and I was raising two sons alone, the performance became impossible to maintain. That’s when I realised: I’d been following scripts I hadn’t even seen. The life I’d built had been written by others. I wanted more from life, I refused to settle, I wanted to see what I was capable of, experience life the way I wanted, and figure out what made me truly spark.
Dismantling those scripts was brutal. But as I rebuilt, I started recognising the same pattern in my clients, accomplished professionals trapped in lives they never consciously chose.
I created the UNSCRIPT Method because surface changes don’t work when the problem is foundational. You can’t job-hop your way out of inherited patterns. You have to identify them, confront them, and dismantle them at the structural level.
