About me
I believe we are not meant to simply “fit in.”
Each of us has something unique – an inner strength, a spark – that is not meant to be hidden or muted by other people’s expectations. The real work is in finding the courage to live as we are meant to be, not as the world tells us to be.
We all reach those crossroads when the life we are living no longer matches our inner truth. Major life transitions like burnout, losing a job, changing your career path, becoming an empty nester or divorce make us question our identity and wonder about the direction and meaning of life.
I’m Rashmi. A counsellor, a coach, a guide, a thinker. I help people challenge their scripts and find their real selves.
I have worked with women rediscovering their voice after trauma, leaders in transition, parents navigating change, and people who’ve simply hit that quiet “now what?” in the middle of their life.
Most people spend their entire lives following these inherited patterns without realising it. If you’ve built a successful life that doesn’t fit anymore and surface changes haven’t worked, this is where we start.
My work is helping you see them, confront them, and dismantle them so you can rebuild from what’s real. I will help you quiet the noise, understand what’s going on underneath, and reconnect to your own inner strength, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and choice.
This isn’t therapy. It isn’t surface coaching. It’s the structural work of separating what you’ve been conditioned to want from what you actually want.
Background & Training
I hold a degree in Economics, an MBA and Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychology, with certifications in NLP, EFT, and EMDR.
My career includes 20+ years in working across multinational organisations and charities, and building SparkOn , a community for people to connect and learn from each other.
I’m also a writer and entrepreneur who works through the questions most people avoid: Which parts of your success were scripted by someone else? What would you build if you weren’t performing for an invisible audience? How do you know what you want when you’ve never been allowed to choose? Read my writing on Breaking Scripts.
This combination of corporate leadership, psychological training, entrepreneurship, and lived experience of major transitions means I can work effectively at both individual and organisational levels.
