The UNSCRIPT™ Intensive is 6 weeks of structured deep work in a small group setting. We move through all 8 phases of the UNSCRIPT™ Method together. Group recognition accelerates the process—when you hear someone else name their script, you often see your own more clearly.

This is for people navigating midlife career change, identity shifts, divorce, empty nest, or the quiet but undeniable knowing that the life you’re living doesn’t belong to you.

This intensive is for you if:

    Identify and destroy scripts that were never yours. We start by recognizing which beliefs, roles, and identities you inherited versus consciously chose.

    Develop script-spotting superpowers. Learn to catch patterns in real-time before they run you.

  • SPEAK + CHOOSE

    Break silence and make authentic decisions. (Extended 2.5-hour session) We work on naming your truth and choosing what you actually want, not what you “should” want.

  • REWIRE

    Install new neural pathways for freedom. Build patterns that serve you instead of limiting you.

  • INTEGRATE

    Embed authenticity into daily life. Apply your insights to real-world choices, relationships, and boundaries.

  • PRACTICE + TRUST

    Make self-trust unshakeable. (Extended finale session) Anchor into your own knowing and walk forward with clarity and confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, the live experience is where the most powerful work happens—group recognition, real-time coaching, and collective breakthrough. Plan to attend live whenever possible.

The Breakthrough Session is a single deep-dive for immediate clarity. 1:1 Mentoring is private, intensive work over 3-6 months. The Intensive is 6 weeks of structured group work moving through all 8 UNSCRIPT™ phases. Group settings accelerate recognition—you see your own patterns more clearly when others name theirs.

There are no refunds after Week 1. The first session includes a clear overview of what’s ahead. If after Week 1 you realize this isn’t right, we can discuss options. After that, you’re committed.

Sessions are 7-9pm CET. If you’re in a time zone where this is unreasonable (middle of the night, early morning), you can join and watch recordings, but you’ll miss the live group experience. Consider whether recordings-only is worth the investment.

Occasionally. If cost is a genuine barrier and you’re committed to the work, mention it in your application. I offer 1-2 reduced-rate spots per cohort based on financial need and commitment level.
